The WELT VISION NOW Summits are regularly held to innovative visions and solutions to the most pressing problems of our time in the areas of health, digital security and transformation.
These conferences take place partly with a face-to-face audience in the Ernst Cramer conference room on the 19th floor of the Axel Springer Building, refurbished by the event agency Events by PACE. It is also held remotely for hundreds of online participants.
In order to achieve a captivating atmosphere, both the 16:9-Format and a giant LED screen were used to broadcast speeches and content to the online audience.
I dressed the LED screen with different video images used as backdrops providing a rhythm and dynamism to the general meeting, transmitting information and guiding the speeches, accompanying lighting, scenography, decoration and staging to create an innovative, elegant universe in the brand's colours offering all participants a truly immersive experience and a remarkable atmosphere.
In this way, we succeeded in captivating both face-to-face and remote participants, while providing them with a modern, event-based experience.
In order to design this hybrid event like a TV show, with jingles, video transitions I chose to vary the content with visual, images, videos and other event-related visuals.
The main challenge was to maintain the attention and interest of participants over this length of time.
